Twenty20: It’s Not Just What We Did, It’s How We Did It!

For Blue Sky Network, this year was unlike any other. Each quarter we found ways to stay humble and celebrate important ‘firsts’ among the team. Early in the year, we announced the commercial launch of our HawkEye ADT. This aircraft device is the first of its kind developed to provide airline operations centers (AOCs) full autonomous distress tracking (ADT) compliance with ICAO-GADSS. In June, the release of our HawkEye 5500 represented another monumental step forward delivering future-proofed, advanced technology for vehicle fleets of all sizes. In the third quarter, we launched our exclusive 9575A Docking Station for the General Dynamics Iridium 9575A satellite phone, the only commercial handset capable of Type I encryption accredited by the U.S. National Security Agency.

We rounded out the year by celebrating the AS9100 certification of our Scottsdale, AZ facility for our Aerospace Quality Management System. AS9100 is an internationally recognized series of standards for quality management systems within the aviation, defense, and space industries. This achievement solidifies our standard of excellence for the design and manufacture of asset tracking, communications equipment and software in both of our production locations.

In recent months, new team members chose to join our squad, building upon the foundation of Blue Sky Network’s customer centricity and quality assurance. We are grateful to have them onboard! Together, our Blue Sky crew is dedicated to delivering reliable satellite services and hardware to commercial and government customers worldwide.
